PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Bob Howard’s practice focuses on public interest law whether it be a civil rights case or antitrust fraud. From 1989-2002, he was lead counsel in the Rockford, Illinois school equity litigation. From 1980 to 1995, he was the principal desegregation attorney for the Chicago Board of Education.

Bob feels that “Those with white privileges need to use our advantaged positions to enable minorities and women to participate to the full extent of their talents.” He believes that white men have the obligation “to train and bring along women and minorities into positions of power and leadership.”
