PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Dana is an experienced litigator with a broad background in general civil litigation and appellate practice. She likes the challenge of litigation –the research required to create a persuasive case, the instant decision-making required during a trial, and the good feeling that comes from working on civil rights cases.
She has worked in a variety of substantive law areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, contracts, chancery disputes, FELA, class actions, and defense of disciplinary actions against attorneys and judges. Among her recent cases:
- Member of trial team responsible for a FELA jury trial that proceeded in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
- Member of trial team responsible for Chancery Action involving contractual dispute of an LLC that proceeded in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
- Represented partner of Internet Company in arbitration of corporate dissolution and resulting buy-out.
