Originally founded in 1968, the firm now known as Futterman Howard Ashley Watkins & Weltman, P.C. , is a civil litigation firm with a wide ranging practice. The firm primarily represents plaintiffs and defendants, such as investors, employees, small businesses, community organizations, parent groups, and consumers, in complex class actions and other cases involving civil rights violations, retirement and other benefits, fraud, antitrust and consumers' rights.
